My name is Urbul, chosen of Loud Mudgrub. When I was crushed in the dark, lungs breathless, and expired in the coils of the Faunaloth I thought that I had erred, that silence would come.

Cacophony embraced me.

I heard the crack of a waking mountain, the draft of a mounting wave. I heard a choir of black clouds and a bellowing of many animals. Deathless I awoke and here, with gifts in hand: a drum and a lyre.
